Oakenstrong

Oakenstrong is a high-quality gasket paper developed for environments requiring strong oil and fuel resistance. Made with a cellulose fiber base and glycerin-based adhesive, Oakenstrong provides a tight and reliable seal, even in applications exposed to various fluids and moderate temperatures. It is well-suited for both industrial and automotive uses, effectively preventing fluid ingress and withstanding pressure over extended periods.

Resistance:

Oakenstrong demonstrates excellent resistance to oil, gasoline, and other grease-based fluids, making it ideal for seals in fuel and oil systems. Its recommended maximum operating temperature is approximately 120°C, and the material maintains its form stability, supporting effective sealing even under repeated pressure. Additionally, Oakenstrong’s composition provides resistance to weight and thickness changes, contributing to a stable and durable seal in applications exposed to petroleum-based fluids.

Applications:

Oakenstrong is frequently used for sealing tasks in engines, machinery, and technical installations. Typical applications include seals in fuel pumps, carburetors, oil tanks, and various covers where the gasket withstands constant contact with petroleum-based fluids and moderate heat. Its durability and oil resistance also make it a good choice for gaskets in hydraulic systems and other industrial setups where reliable sealing is essential.
