KLINGER® KGS/VD

KLINGER KGS/VD is the world's first infinitely adjustable gasket that can adapt to angles of up to 8° between flanges. This makes it ideal for use in piping systems where pipes are not necessarily installed in a straight line. The gasket replaces traditional wedges made of cast iron or steel, which require two additional sealing gaskets and complex assembly. With the KLINGER KGS/VD, you can instead achieve a simple, effective, and cost-saving seal without the need for special fittings. The KLINGER KGS/VD helps prevent "flange misalignment issues" or "installation alignment challenges" when flanges are not aligned flush with each other. 

This two-part gasket is designed to compensate for angled flange positions and ensures precise alignment even in the tightest installation environments, commonly found in underground piping systems and industrial connections. Its unique construction provides a reliable seal while eliminating the need for complex adjustment work. 

The gasket is available in EPDM as standard and can also be manufactured in other materials such as FKM (Viton) or silicone depending on operational requirements. This ensures that the KLINGER KGS/VD can withstand various operational environments and media requirements, making it versatile and reliable for all types of piping systems.
